Implementation Process

Discuss

We will work with your property manager to decide on the best placement for our DUB HUB. This requires a short inspection of the property by a member of our team.

Permissions / Agreements

RUB A DUB carries a comprehensive insurance policy covering all of our service providers and habitants of the space. This process requires information from the property which can be obtained in 1 day.

Outfit

We outfit 4 to 6 spaces according to the needs of your property. There are generally no contractors or permits neccessary making the process quick and easy!

Launch

Send out a tenant email informing your tenants of the new amenity. We will have a representative do a "lobby meet & greet" to answer any questions.
